Green tea ♥

Today I've done quite well. But it could have been better... This day have been really empty. I just feel bored and meaningless all the time. I wish I could have something special to do besides school things. I wish I could have friends here to spend time with me, but I don't have much close friends. My best friend just got new boyfriend, it makes me feel that I have no one here. I Know that I should be happy for her and I guess I am, but same time lonely and a bit jealous. Always when I'm lonely and bored I start eating more, I just have to try to control myself. I always eat at evening, so I decided not to eat after 6 pm.

Breakfast: Green tea (I never feel like eating in the morning)
Lunch: School food (potatoes, steak and carrots) drank water
Snack: a banana
dinner: two crisp breads and activia yoghurt.
Later I'll eat some lingonberry porridge, mum is cooking it right now... So I have to eat something after 6pm...

I wanted to eat less, but at least this isn't too much.
I was also jogging with dogs~

Now something about my favourite drink, green tea!
Green tea hydrates like water, which can help you feel full and shed pounds
It's rich in antioxidants, so it protects from aging
Helps burning fat and calories, even if you're sleeping all day long
Contains caffeine (not as much as coffee), so it keeps you awake
One study found out that drinking five cups of green tea per day will double your weight loss.

It tastes good and makes you feel relaxed

My personal favoutire is vanilla flavoured green tea. I also like the original green tea, apple flavoured and orient (it have some spices on it) green tea.

I bet everyone knows Arizona and it's cheap teas. I like them too, ofc they're sweetened and have some more calories.. And in Finland they aren't that cheap and they're difficult to find ehehe.

There's many different flavours of them, they're hard candies and tastes exactly like tea! It's also much healthier choice than many other sweets. 

Other teas that I drink is mainly black tea and some chamomile tea, it makes you feel calm and it's easier to catch sleep. Oh, I almost forgot chai tea and apple tea!
According some Chinese knowledge green tea should be drank on warm seasons and black tea is for cold seasons. I don't care about that much, so my yin and yang is probably very unbalanced :O :D

The first one

I've thought about starting a blog for a while now. Finally I did it!!
I'll blog about my diet and weight loss. This is supposed to motivate me (and also you, if you wish).
Comments and post reguests are welcome, if i ever will get followers. But I believe that this blog will be mostly about my daily meals, exercise and so on, because I mainly write this for myself.

Now you have already red a couple of sentences you may wonder why I'm writing that weird English. Not sure if it's weird, but probably... I'm Finn, so my first language is Finnish. I still want to write this in English in case here will be any international readers and this is good practice for my English skills~

Now some facts:
Current weight: 65kg/143,3 lbs
Goal weight: 59kg/130 lbs (maybe less, but let's create a new goal when i reach this)
Height: 171 cm
BMI: 22.23




I'll write more when I have time. And also change my blog's appearance with my awesome computer skills..
